I loved the good communication and the all around competency of Joe Shoback and his foreman, Emil (sorry, I don’t know Emil’s last name). They are both excellent at what they do and it shows. They have assembled an excellent team of professionals and they manage them well. I knew exactly what was going on throughout the whole process and it was much less of a hassle than I had anticipated.
